Who we are

One nation, one team, one dream.

Monali Gorhe Foundation was formed in 2021 in the loving memory of Ms. Monali Gorhe, former Indian Pistol shooter and Indian Team Coach. Her career centered around identifying and nurturing talent since grassroot levels and it was her dream to provide the athletes the opportunity to practice their sport and excel, irrespective of where they came from. In an effort to continue her dream and her life’s work, this foundation aims to support all sports and coaches in terms of infrastructure, facilities, equipment necessary and a wholesome environment to truly cultivate the talent in sport.
Our Culture

Life is like soccer, we need GOALS.

Vision

To identify and recruit sports talent at an early stage, especially in rural areas and develop a sustainable environment to train and nurture the same through trained professionals and well-equipped infrastructure.

Mission

To construct a fully functioning sports complex with state of the art facilities for athletes and coaches to develop the skills of their sport, compete and achieve their goals. To actively seek out and identify talent specifically from the rural areas and develop athletes through training, mentorship and opportunities to compete at the highest levels in their sports
